Terms for using C&P Download responsibly and lawfully.

C&P Download is a technical web tool for supported public video URLs. It can preview available video formats and provide download options.
The service is not intended for images, photos, private content, login-required content, restricted content, deleted content, or content that you are not authorized to access.
The service does not determine, verify, or guarantee the legality, rights status, downloadability, reusability, or platform-permitted use of any third-party content.

You may use C&P Download only for public video URLs where you own the content, have permission from the rights holder to save it, or are otherwise legally permitted under applicable law and the source platform's terms to access and save it.
A public URL does not mean that you have the right to save, copy, share, redistribute, sell, publish, edit, or reuse the content.
You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit and for any saving, downloading, storage, sharing, publication, redistribution, sale, editing, reuse, or other use of content associated with those URLs.
Each time you use the service, you represent that you have the rights, permission, or legal basis required to access and save the relevant content.

You must not use the service to infringe copyrights, neighboring rights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, image rights, or any other third-party rights.
You must not use the service to bypass DRM, encryption, technical protection measures, access controls, paywalls, login restrictions, members-only restrictions, age restrictions, geographic restrictions, availability windows, or any other restrictions imposed by a rights holder, platform, or law.
You must not use the service to access or obtain private, login-required, deleted, restricted, blocked, unauthorized, or otherwise non-lawfully accessible content.
You must not use the service to save, copy, share, redistribute, sell, publish, edit, or reuse pirated, unauthorized, illegally uploaded, or rights-infringing content.
You must not use the service for harassment, stalking, doxxing, impersonation, unauthorized collection of personal information, overloading systems, bypassing rate limits, or any activity that harms others or violates law.

C&P Download is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, operated by, or acting on behalf of any supported source platform, its parent company, or its affiliates.
Platform names, logos, trademarks, and other identifiers are used only to identify supported public video URL sources and remain the property of their respective owners.
C&P Download does not claim ownership of, copyright in, or any license to third-party content, and does not grant you any right to use, reuse, share, redistribute, sell, publish, or edit third-party content.

C&P Download may temporarily process, cache, or log submitted URLs and related technical data as necessary to provide previews, identify formats, facilitate download options, maintain security, prevent abuse, and operate the service.
The service is not designed to permanently host, store, publish, or distribute downloaded video files.
A preview, format listing, download option, processing result, or error message does not mean that the content may lawfully be saved, that permission has been granted, or that the use is permitted by the source platform's terms.
C&P Download does not make legal determinations about copyright infringement, fair use, private copying, quotation, licenses, permissions, downloadability, reusability, platform compliance, or any other legal status of third-party content.

We may, without prior notice, block, limit, remove, disable, or suspend access to specific URLs, domains, features, pages, requests, processing activity, or users when we believe it is necessary for legal, rights-protection, platform-request, security, operational, abuse-prevention, excessive-load, or terms-enforcement reasons.
The service is provided as is and as available. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, completeness, format support, successful downloading, content quality, compatibility with source platforms, legality of third-party content, rights status, downloadability, reusability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from your use of the service, submitted URLs, downloads, saved files, storage, sharing, publication, redistribution, sale, editing, reuse, or disputes with third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless C&P Download from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, applicable law, source platform terms, or third-party rights.
