Copyright policy
- C&P Download does not claim ownership of third-party media or third-party content. The service provides technical previews and download options for supported public video URLs submitted by users and is not designed to permanently host, publish, or distribute third-party content.
- Public availability of a URL does not mean that saving, copying, sharing, redistributing, selling, publishing, editing, or reusing the content is allowed. Users are responsible for confirming rights-holder permission, source platform terms, and applicable law.
- Copyright owners or authorized agents may request investigation, blocking, or other appropriate action for URLs, service pages, or uses of this service that allegedly infringe their rights.
What we can do
- After reviewing a complete and good-faith notice, and where the request is valid, appropriate, and within our control, we may block specific URLs or domains, disable previews, disable processing or download options, remove or disable temporary caches or related technical data, restrict access, or take technical and operational steps to prevent repeated misuse.
- We do not control third-party source platforms and cannot remove, edit, or make unavailable original content hosted by those platforms. To remove original content from a source platform, please contact that platform directly.
- We may limit, suspend, block, or disable users, URLs, domains, IP addresses, features, or access associated with repeated infringement, abuse, rights violations, or Terms violations.
DMCA or removal notice requirements
- Include your legal name, organization if applicable, contact email, and confirmation that you are the rights owner or an authorized agent.
- Identify the copyrighted work and provide the specific source URL, C&P Download URL, or other information sufficient for us to locate the material or activity.
- Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and not false or misleading.
- Include a physical or electronic signature. If your notice is submitted under the U.S. DMCA, include all information required by the DMCA. If we register a DMCA designated agent, the agent's contact information will be listed on this page.
Counter, false, and other reports
- If you believe access was restricted because of mistake or misidentification, you may be able to submit a counter-notice under applicable law. Include the affected URL, the location before restriction, a good-faith statement that the restriction resulted from mistake or misidentification, your name, address, phone number, electronic signature, consent to jurisdiction, and any other information required by applicable law.
- False, misleading, malicious, impersonating, or unauthorized notices may be rejected and may result in legal consequences.
- We also accept reports relating to privacy, image rights, trademarks, safety, abuse, harassment, illegal content, and circumvention of access controls through the same contact address with the appropriate category in the subject line.
